Our
Original Kettle Korn is made with our magic popping corn, a special
hybrid of corn grown to make the biggest, fluffiest, most flavorful
popcorn you’ve ever tasted. This kettle korn actually melts in your
mouth! We cook our magic corn in real corn oil, coat it with a sweet
pure cane sugar glaze, throw in a hint of salt and a dash of our secret
ingredient to give it that extraordinary, habit-forming taste. The

This

Li Hing Mui is a popular seasoning (among locals of Hawai’i) with
a sweet and tangy exotic flavor that originates from a preserved dried
plum and is then made into a powder form. Our one-of-a-kind Li Hing
Mui Kettle Korn was something we came up with on our own as an experiment,
which turned out to be a huge hit at our first festival and has been
in high demand ever since! We cook our original kettle korn (minus
the salt) and hand mix it with this delicious seasoning until it turns
a beautiful shade of orange/red - just like the sunsets on Kauai.

Furikake
is actually a Japanese condiment made of toasted sesame seeds, dried
chopped seaweed, sea salt and a touch of sugar. Locals usually like
to sprinkle it on top of rice, arare crackers, sushi and dried fish.
We tried it on our butter- flavored kettle korn, and it blew us away
like hot lava out of Kilauea!

Island Sour Bears made their debut at our Aloha Festival in August and
we sold out all 500 bags hours before the festival was over. These “Oso
Souwah” fruit flavored gummy bears are coated with Li Hing Mui powder
to make them that lovely shade of the Island Sunset. These sour treats
will make your mouth water just by looking at them!!! They are extremely
addictive, so please eat at your own risk. We can’t be held responsible
